RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time.
We do offer exchanges for store credit, within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unworn and in brand new condition (free of make-up, perfume, smoke, deodorant, and any other marks or stains). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or credit.
Please do not send items in without prior approval.
We will exchange an item, but we may not always have the item requested in stock. If this is the case, additional wait time will be added while your item is ordered to be printed. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return any items (unless you received the wrong item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking/delivery confirmation/insurance for returned items is the responsibility of the sender.
Damaged or incorrect/missing items:
If your item arrives damaged, or you receive a different item than you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and attach photos to: Orders@grimbandit.com. We will cover costs to return any damaged or incorrect items.
