Returns & Exchanges

 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We do not offer returns, but we do offer exchanges on most items as long as they are made within 30 days of your order. Please refer to our returns page for more information. 

 

*Please note: If you purchased any sale item, it is final sale.


Do you have rewards or referrals?
Not at this time.

Shipping

 

How much is shipping?
All domestic shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Shipped with USPS.

Do you accept AfterPay?

Not at the moment.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally, it'll take around 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped out. Depending on your location within the United States you should receive your order within 5-9 business days. Tracking numbers will be included in your shipping confirmation emails.

Shipping Address: Please double check your shipping address to make sure it's correct. If it's not, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package is returned due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, we will be more than happy to resend it, however, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs for re-shipment. 

 

Order Issues


Lost Or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package is "delivered" but you did not receive it, we are not liable for any theft or missing mail incidents so please get in touch with your local post office with any questions regarding next steps or to figure out what happened with your delivery.

 

What if something is wrong with my order?

If there's a problem with your order or something arrives damaged, please contact orders@grimbandit.com and include your name and order number so we can sort everything out :)

Where's your home base?
Raleigh, NC


Customer service hours?
We're here to help! Please allow up to 24 hours for someone on our customer service team to get back to you. Emails sent after business hours will be responded to during the next business day. If it's sent after hours on a Friday, it will be responded to on the following Monday. Our hours are 9am EST - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday.


Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Unfortunately, not at this time.

What's the sizing like?
Sizing depends on the item. We do our very best to be inclusive. We try to carry sizes S - 3XL in all our designs. Our items are unisex unless specified otherwise in the description.

 

How are your T-Shirts Printed?

All of our t-shirts and sweatshirts are screen printed in Raleigh, NC.

Care instructions for my item?
All items will either have printed or inside sewn tags for specific washing/care instructions. Contact us if you can't find it.


What if my item got damaged in the wash?
We are not responsible for wash damage. Please check inner tags or item description before washing!
